I am one of those lucky people who have been involved in what seems like an endless variety of experiences both professional and personal. I have traveled to just about every continent and had the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life and have come to one conclusion. A conclusion that, if everyone in the world could understand, would make a lasting change.
Just because someone does something differently from the way you are used to or the way you were brought up to believe is right, does not make them wrong.
I have experienced this everywhere I have been in the world, each country, continent or city have things they do differently and when you spend the time to understand why, you realize they might be different but they are still right.
Professionally I am Chief Technologist for Sun Microsystems for a region that covers Cape Town to Moscow, providing ample opportunity to explore the innovative use of technology and business practices in the most active emerging markets, the countries and regions where things are happening at a pace unlike any before …..
